The Steps of Success Leadership Program is funded through The United Way of KFL&A. There are many different ways to be a leader. We offer informal opportunities through our Kids Club and more defined programs for young teens.

Be Thankful Drawing Contest

Home Alone Course

A two hour program for 10 to 13 year olds. Learn skills to stay safe while staying home alone.

Babysitter’s Course

A seven hour program for youth age 11 and up. Learn skills to care for young children. Manual included.

Youth Month Photo Contest Winners

Rural Frontenac Community Services in partnership with the community, has many opportunities for youth to become involved, give back to their community and complete their high school hours. The youth staff will provide assistance in achieving volunteer hours.
